We use our specially selected beef tongue from Japanese Black Beef, which is characterized by its high-quality marbled fat and red meat with the original flavor of the meat, to create creative Japanese cuisine using a wide range of cooking methods, including shabu-shabu and meat sushi! We also highly recommend our oden, which is made using our specially selected dashi stock, and you can enjoy it as an all-you-can-eat course!
